Advanced Consequential Loss

This cover protects against loss of gross profit if a project is delayed due to loss or damage to property on site that’s covered by contract works insurance.

Contractor's Plant and Machinery

Protection for plant, equipment and machinery – from site huts to tower cranes – used on site and yard.

Machinery Breakdown

An optional cover for business owners who rely on machinery in their day-to-day operations. This policy covers accidental loss due to mechanical breakdown to insured machinery.

Machinery Breakdown Business Interruption

This policy combines Machinery Breakdown insurance with Business Interruption cover for financial loss if your business stops trading due to a material damage loss. 

Stock Deterioration

If your business uses or sells chilled or frozen food, this policy can protect you for loss to your stock in the event of temperature changes or machinery breakdown.

Electronic Equipment
This policy covers you for computer systems breaking down and data or financial loss as a result. It can also be extended to cover accidental damage.
