Traction Plus

Traction Plus helps you spot and fix areas of risk within your business by prioritising health and safety in your business, you can improve risk culture and transform your organisation into an employer of choice.

How it works

Traction Plus assesses 15 key principles, practices, and behaviours of safety and risk among both employees and employers to identify risks in your business. You'll then receive problem-solving sessions, coaching and advice on how to improve your capability and performance.

What are the benefits?

Who can use Traction Plus?

Anyone with NZI or Lumley Commercial Motor cover has access to Traction Plus and, as an NZI or Lumley customer, you may qualify to take part in the programme free of charge.
