A timely reminder: Ensuring a great claims experience

With all of the recent weather events and resulting claims, we wanted to take the opportunity to remind you of some key steps in logging and managing your claims to ensure they get to the right place as quickly as possible.

New Claims

Please ensure the subject line includes the following:

New Claim | Policy Number | You can also include other relevant information e.g. client name



It’s critical that the words ‘New Claim’ are consecutive and uninterrupted (e.g.  please don’t use ‘New Motor Claim’ otherwise our system won’t pick it up).

Existing Claims

Please ensure the subject line includes the existing claim number reference as a minimum and the client’s name if you wish.

Please avoid referencing any other claim number in the subject line as this can confuse our system’s automation.
