Reinstatement process

Hawkins will work with NZI claims case managers and loss adjusters to manage the complete rebuild/ repair process of your earthquake claim.

This includes:

• Prequalifying and credit checking all builders, consultants and suppliers
• Taking overall responsibility for health, safety and environmental requirements as well as work quality
• Scoping repairs and helping you choose the right builder
• Managing resource consents, building consents and code of compliance certificates with local councils on your behalf. In fact, Christchurch City Council staff will be located in Hawkins’ office to fast track claims.
